hand in

err, i'm just checking that i've got my things together for hand in, helps if i write it down. i've got my comic in print, but only the old version. i have the digital version of the amended comic and the print version will arrive in time for the end of year show (i have a dispatch note so it should be in like 2 or 3 (working) days now) i have the motioncomic but i dont have the finished sound effects and track for it yet, i wont have the good noises for hand in but i should have them for end of year show along with the new comics. and i've collected together all my files and things in one place ready to bang onto a disk. fio has nearly made the website too but obviously i'm not being marked for the site so it looks like i'm ready for end of year show and readyish for hand in? hahah x

cel animation

cel animation is the frame by frame drawing of whats happening so when you see each image play back in quick sequence they look like theyre moving. its only a little and blogger totally messed it up but i feel good for having it in my project, its cool to have a go at things and my tutors can see the .mov file in my hand in, it'll play much better for them hahah.

i might not have the time before the deadline but i right wanted to try cel animation again seeing as how the last attempt failed so badly. i've chose a simpler section this time and i've got a good feeling about it hahah

printing stuff

because i've made my amendments from the final crit i've sent of to print again but unfortunately with it being close to the deadline theres a chance that the comic wont arrive in print in time . still it'll definitely be here for the end of year presentation, in the meantime i can hand in the digital version along with the old version print. i'm kind of gutted though because if people had've looked at the rough pages in crits then i couldve made a better comic maybe and definitely had it in print ready for the deadline.

anyway, with the new pages ready its time to make the new animation. (hopefully with better sound if theres time!)
